Eu 9/9 banned low level accounts. Ip banning?

2 nights ago I was banned 11/11 (various paragon levels from 40 to 100).At the same time, 2 botting accounts (not mine, my brother's) sharing the same ip were also banned. Weird thing is my main account was banned and my brother main account went safe, untouched.

I started trying to rebuild , and this morning with 2 monks lvl 60 already (waiting to get equipped) and several 50 and 40s same thing happened to me.....9/9 banned including really low lvl players, and my brother's main account IS banned.

ARE THEY IP BANNING ??

ARE THE ACCOUNTS BANNED FOR LEVELING USING DB?

No account was selling anything in gah or rmah, they were all created using different mails (obviously). My brothers main account didn't sell anything from 1st ban to the 2nd one.

Any explanation pls?? What can be happening?
 
Well if your bother didn't do anything or didn't have anything with your other account he could make a petition regarding this... sending them some form or ID that confirms that 2 persons use the same IP. Maybe who knows if the account didn't do anything suspicious might be un-banned but i doubt about that
 
I suspect that the crash reporter flags as well, i checked regedit and noticed a new folder from the new patch where the crashreporter itself has a special ID.

people of questionable character typically associate together. Guilt by association works for a reason.
 
What were you using to level your new characters? So they banned the new ones within 24 hours? Yikes..

And do you and your brother share computers? You would have different IPs if you and your brother have different computers no?

And were you 24/7?
 
Until level 15 I level them in hand, and then get in Act 3 with DB .... way to level 30 nightmare ... Hell ... level 50 level 60 i gear then and db level then
Yes within 24 hours and maybe something else was banned in all 9/9 and my brother's main too.

My brother has a computer and I another, .. but the router is the same.

Yes the accounts have been 24/7
