EU - 1 Account - Banned on 22.04.2013

Hi. On monday, 22.04.2013 my Account has been banned (permanently).
After a call and an eMail it was reduced to 72hrs - expires today 20:03 GMT + 1

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Both

2)If so, when was the last time? 21.04.2013 until 16:00

3)What profile were you using? Kicks Profile for Levling, Brodiemans Daily Profile, several Gathering-Profiles

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular

5)What plugins are you using? None

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: since Feb. 2013 24-48h a week. Mostly on weekends

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 60-70%

7)How many auctions per day did you have? Every 3 Day from 100-300

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no

10)EU or US realm? EU

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Actual paid account

Time to buy a second account for farming only :)
 
what did u say when u called to cancel ban? would u be so kind to share it? :)
 
Well, as many mentioned it before, you need to have a good story.
If a Part of it or better all is true and you can probably prove it, you might be successful.

Plot of my story (shortend):
My girlfriend was intrested in rebegin WoW, and I offered her my account for that. (Note: this is also forbidden, but as history shows, botting is even worse!)
Because I never botted with one of mine characters and only with a few others (which I never claimed to be mine at all), there was a strong doubt, that it was all my fault.

Result and why I expected it like that:
1st Reason: I have never been banned before!
2nd Reason: It's plausible (caus of our past history with Blizzard) that I really offered my account for a short period (what I really did)
3rd Reason: Blizzard is not interested in losing players. If they have there accounts just for farming the will more likely buy a new account, if it's a main account, people could just stop playing at all
