Etched sigil with DMO

Hi,
My bot cast energy twister first when I equipped Etched sigil and full DMO together.
I think casting arcane torrent (+auto-casted energy twister) is better than casting energy twister. Is it possible to make toggle option for disable the arcane power spender?

I'm not sure I understand what you want. The Delsere Energy Twister build doesn't use Arcane Torrent. Why are you using it and why would it be better to cast it before Energy Twister?
