ETA on Keys after purchase?

I have bought a key. Money has been debited from my account already, but no email with key? I checked the Buddy Auth portal and can see my old keys but nothing for a new one. Previous keys were given within 10 minutes of purchase.

I checked spam folder in email too.

I also messaged support but no answer yet....

Anyone have an average time to receive keys?

Assuming you purchased using the same email address as your BuddyAuth, the keys are automatically attached.

Typical time is quick, like you said. 10 minutes or so

I recommend waiting for support. Keep in mind they may be in different time-zones

Beginning to think my request for support has fallen on deaf ears. I got a reply from Tony and messaged him back to sort this out. Been 24hrs and still no Key, but the money is out of my account.....
