ETA on D3 Clients on this Good "Budget Rig"

lol no, i am using i5 3570 on one of my computers and when running 6 clients on it starts having issues, processor goes at 100% and there are spikes in game. If you want to run 6+ get a i7 processor...
 
ran 13 with n OC i5

at 12+ ull have some perfomance issues. if you encounter em at 6 your doing i wrong bro.

as for mammom RAM will be ur bottleneck
 
FX-8320/8350 is better than i5 for D3 (personally tested).

setup error somewhere
 
what setup error lol ? I installed the appropriate drivers, what else is there to do ? At 6 bots the processor usage is hitting 100% at some times, and the bots freeze for like 0.5 sec... If anyone think you can give some tip i would very much appreciate it... I have 16gb of ram, and it is using like 10 with 6 bots...

Do you use standard d3prefs or customized?
 
Lol you were right guys, didnt knew fps was such an important issue, i lowered it to 15 and damn, it wouldnt even spike to 50% cou usage at 6 bots.
 
not to be a douche but how do you have 600 posts and never saw the ones about d3prefs/fps :D
 
You lowered it to 15? I have seen it written here so many times that it needs to be at least 50 for DB to work correctly?
 
3570k can handle 15 bots with 30fps (20 with 15fps) if everything else is optimized for pure botting, like:

- MAX 36 tasks with win7 prof.
- lowest services as possible
- cut off everything in windows, like search, defrag, backgroundprograms, everything...
- optimzed grafix-settings
- optimized d3prefs

There are tons of threads about, check the search.

I have an I5-2500k running 12 bots np.
dunno how u can have problems with 6+

Lol no man its not that, i know about lowering fps but as mentioned previously, someone said that db doesnt work as good as it should on lower fps. After asking around ciggarc forums i found couple of guys botting at 15fps without any issues so i will give it a try too. If xp/h iph goes down i might consider playing with the bios or search for alternatives to lowering fps but i will know that for sure in a day of testing or so...

only way i see this happening is if you are running a simple gold find prof and lag to hell on windows and run < 5 tps but not care cause you are bulking.

you say the same thing everytime you post but never link to any info or stray from the same list. (this time its w7 pro instead of ult tho)

i've looked all over this forum and google and done every tweek i can find as well as friends of mine. i5 3570k will run 8 at decent settings / tps and run smooth. 10 with some issues. anything over that i dont see happening unless you have some hidden secret that you will never reveal.
