If someone had actually made a mature, helpful and non douchebag response, I wouldn't have had to make this post (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/exilebuddy-forum/274761-essences.html) to find this information out. I assume the OP has worked it out, but for anyone coming back during Essence league or after, at least you now know and don't have to make more threads about it.
