Errors on startup

It has been a while since I ran DB and I thought I had all the files in the right places like before, but I keep getting a lot of errors. I even started from scratch, but I keep getting the following errors...

I am trying to do the keyruns for act 1-3. I downloaded all the A1-A3 keywarden hunt files and put them in my profiles folder. I downloaded the keyrun 1.4 and put it into the Routines folder.
