Errore 3007 on mule, not on bot

Hello everyone, today I ask you to support an issue that does not directly affect demonbuddy, but Diablo 3 in particular.
My problem is that I often disconnections with error 3007 but ONLY and only on my main account that I do not use for demonbuddy;
while my bot has never had these problems, it is on the European servers and the Russian edition of the game ( the bot ).

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to solve this problem?

I already opened the ports on the router and on the operating system, not much has changed.

Sorry but what log should I give you?
The problem, as I wrote in the post, not about demonbuddy and the bot, but the instance of Diablo 3 of my mule that is not connected to DB and then I would not know where to get logs ...

Demonbuddy and the Diablo 3's istance attached to it works perfectly.
The problem is my main account (mules)
