Error: You have been disconnected from the server.

I can login to diablo 3 and DB, then run a rift, and when its done with that rift it will load a new one, but then I get a popup from Diablo 3 saying Your client is not responding, you have been disconnected. There is no way to fix it, and make it work again. Unless I restart my pc.

This just started happening 2 days ago, before then DB worked just fine and never had that error.
Please help.

It's not Db disconnecting, its diablo 3 popping up with this. Here is exactly what it says. (Network Disconnect: game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.) So then I have to restart my whole computer to make diablo 3 run again. Even without Db loaded it will not run, unless I reset my whole computer.
