Please follow the steps for "Repairing it manually" in this article:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​

If no joy, please do another 'clean install' by carefully following the instructions here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If still no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.
