Error with targeting

I bought this bot because I had just returned to the game and I have previously used this without any problems.
However it appears unusable at this moment.
It only using class abilities, it sometimes uses cards but very infrequently.

Okay, and how do I make one? I was under the impression that it was a plug and play type of bot, as I had never needed to do that before?..
