error with cc

"Could not construct instance of fpsware!"

That's all it says. It's my friends error so I can't access the log from his computer, but I just wanted to find out if anyone's seen this error. Everything in HB is installed properly and a computer restart did not fix this error.

thats the best i can get
 
Its not an error in the CC. Check .NET 3.5 framework is installed, if it is, reinstall it just to be sure.
