Error while initializing (Could not find EndScene)

I just downloaded and do a clean install. But I can not run db.

• D3 is running in 32bit
• DB 1.1.3100.476 is running as ADM

Error while initializing memorySystem.Exception: Could not find EndScene function address!

I think the problem that caused the error was that Windows had upgraded and the computer needed to be restarted.

After I rebooted, DBuddy is running normally.
