error when trying to turn on db

hi all,
i get a error when i open a db and it says
"No routines were loaded. please ensure there is a routine for your class before starting the bot"

need help can any one explain how to fix my problem

try reinstalling db itself routine i belive is combat routine and its in the program by default so weird.. that it says that
