Same visa I used for the trial, and it has more then enough funds available for the 6.98euro purchase. I sent an email to support but I would like to get it resolved asap. Time is money .

When did you send out the email. Usually takes 24-48hours for them to respond.

unfortunately i can't. However, have you tried using another card?

Oh, i figured it out. Had to call visa and clear up the transactions that were detected as potential fraud. Thanks for responding, im good now.
