error when i upload profiles

This error comes up when i try to upload a profile what am i doing wrong ?

Error: Could not save the profile. Reason: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.. You may have uploaded the file in a non-ANSI encoding.

Make sure that the profile is made for Gb

It seems that the profile is kinda corrupted
Try another one
