Error uncaught Exception

Hello I am fairly new to HB. I was using it for about a week now on a different PC and now I have installed it on my new PC. Every time I try to boot HB i get an error that says 'Unhandled Thread Exception'. Attached is my log any help would be appreciated.

net framework is bundled on windows 7 tho

make sure that its enabled

control panel--->programs--->windows features on and off

and check if its enabled

if its enabled and you still cant run Hb it means that something is broken there

in any case post your log here(if any)
