Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists.

Tried all the current fixes, such as exceptions, clean installs, deleting the settings folder and running as admin still coming up with the error "Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists." Any help would be appreciated.

tried to switch to a local windows acc?

Switched to local account still same error, (You meant switch from using a microsoft account yea?)
