Error Trying to save settings file CharacterSettings.xml

I've removed and re-installed in different directory's multiple times. Removed Cache from information in the forums and I cant seem to get this error to stop coming across. Regardless of what I select fishingbuddy, dungeonbuddy, or a purchased profile it's continuous.

The system has too many 'temporary' files​

If no joy, please show us a fresh log of the problem after the cleanup.

I've cleaned it up but I had nowhere near the limit I had a little over 12,000, I clean these up on a regular basis. I'll upload another log this afternoon once I get home from work.
