Error "side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

When i try to launch archebuddy after an update(didnt use it for almost 2 weeks), i got this error: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."
has anyone encountered this issue? how did you fix it?

Try reinstall net frameword, also try find solution in the google. This problem not related to ArcheBuddy
