Error report

simple answer....

the part where it says uninstall and download again.........i understand this but apparently the download button does not because everytime i click the link to "redownload" this honorbuddy it says that i have exceeded the amount of daily downloads.......this has been happening for a couple days now so i am a little confused where to go from here....
 
what i said was make a new Hb installation,you dont have to download the zip every time
 
ok so this is irretating....

alright i have come to the conclusion i am stupid......any chance i could skype chat with you or something so you can help me? because i download the one link that you have posted up there somewhere and it says download complete or something and then when i search in my documents or whatever it does not show i would really appreciate something that is a little more of an immediate response thing or like support line or something that can help me because i got to work and im pretty sure the time is already like going on the thing
