error report when opening HB2 ap after following all installation guide!

whats up, a friend of mine just bought HB2 and we are having a problem getting it to run for him, he keeps getting the error reports after installing everything and insalling the framework as well, the error is "could not load file or assymbly fasmdll_managed.dll or one of its dependencies the specified moduel could nto be found" im not sure where to go from there hes using windows vista, running as admin, 32 bit wow and all but HB isnt opening at all, when you hit login it just goes to the error. thanks ahead for the input!

Sounds like corrupted or incomplete/partial download of HB? Try downloading from HB>Releases again...

Also, verify you are following this guide @ http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...5-quick-hb-guide-presentation-fast-setup.html

I see you installed the .Net framework, but you didn't state whether you installed the C++ 2010 redistributable package?
