Error Report on start up

Soon as i log into honorbuddy Error report pops up.....

Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

then it has a box that says:Ignore this error and attempt to continue.

and when i try to send error report it says:
(ERR this application has submitted too many reports.)

Please help???

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

Do you have another link to the wizard my anti virus is saying its corrupted? and wont let me start it up.

Ok finally got it to work diabled antivirus and downloaded and ran it and it did its thing and now HB is working great thanks guys!!
