Error or glitch maybe with questing?

Randomly for the past 2-3 hrs now my bot with try to pick up loot but wont pick it up...
So he will sit there and try for a minute or 2 and so I'll just pick it up.
But if I don't it will log me out after 3 minutes.

Is there anything i'm missing?
