Error No istance of Wow to attach to, Build 0

So I am on the US servers running 17371 and I am having the issue that HB isnt attaching to wow.
So far I have

1) Deleted the 64bit exe file in my wow folder
2) Ran the honorbuddy launcher in admin and specified the 32 bit version of wow.
3) Restarted my comp
4) Reinstalled Honor Buddy
5)Ran wow in admin then HB in admin

None of the above has solved my issue and would love some help!

Does not works for Russian WoW. We still have 17359 build.

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #17371

Yea but from what I read on the beta release forum it works for users on the us servers.
