Error message... new to Honor Buddy... would Love some help!!

Been using for a few months now and this is the first problem I've encountered. Just wondering what the hell it is!

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy

download and extract it to a NEW folder, do NOT install over an existing honorbuddy installation.
