Error loading DeppholmTile 30_31

I get an error in the navigation tab whenever doing the quest "Explosive Bounding Compound" near the quest giver and it try's to load the tile Deepholm 30_31 and then I get the error, here's my log.

EDIT: After several HB restarts and WoW restarts it finally got past the error but still you can look into it and see the cause of it in the first place
