Make sure you have .NET Framework 4 installed

try running as admin, if that doesn't work enable compatability with windows XP SP 2, if that doesnt work install .Net Framework 4. If that doesn't work try to do a fresh install. If that doesn't work then IDK lol.

Try running it in compat. mode. (Right mouse button > Compatability tab > SP3 or 2. If that doesn't work you're .net installation is probably screwed, reinstalling or running a repair will fix that, this has no effect on you're 3.5 framework because they are seperate installations. So during your installation your system should work with most things.
