Error help fast

ok so i bought the 24 hour version to try it out. i was planning to use it a lot, but when i tried logging in this morning ( i bought it yersturday at 9pm) it says max sessions. i went to the buddy auth and to kill it as i read in the forum but no sessions were in progress. help me

Did Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal show your key correctly?
Are you running Honorbuddy .518?
