Error, Happens with Monk CS Not sure how to fix

I deleted the GUI folder and it sent me another error so i re downloaded HB and left the GUI. Still doesnt work. If i try to start it I get.

No routines were loaded. Please ensure there is a routine for your class before starting the bot.
