Error fasmdll_managed.dll does not exist

[21:14:52.015 N] Error attaching to Diablo III, Reason:System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.
File name: 'fasmdll_managed.dll'
at Zeta.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader..ctor(Process proc)
at Zeta.ZetaDia.TryInitialize(Process proc, String& reason)

this is my error, but the named dll is in the same folder as DB

this is what i tried:
- deactivated UAC for windows
- start cmd as an admin and run demonbuddy over it (i thought it is a relative path error or something else)
- redownload
- other release

i have an eu account on german language if it matter

Sorry!!! problem solved!
the db wizard helped delete this thread or close it :/
