Error : Failed to gather information

Only able to log-in with Asia Server, No tcp

When starting the game, Error box appears with the message "failed to gather information".

Doesn't work at all in game.

I am supposed to start the Tyrant after finding a game ???


Kindly outline the order in which I should be runing the programs for them to work.

you are not even connected to game's servers according to your screenshot

This is what I did.
1.Start Tyrant
2.Start Battlenet
3.Start Overwatch
4.Error Occurs (while over watch is connecting to server)
5. Start searching for game (Tyrant not applied)

Is this order wrong ?

launch game without cheat do some games and try later

start game and establish a connection to game servers

then open Tyrant

On the post, you are supposed to be in the game first, main menu, train AI, or a quick play match, you then turn on the hack and it'll work. Not the other way around, and don't do it in the loading screen. You're not connected to the servers at all. Hope this helps.
