Error Downloading HonorBuddy (I've Used Before)

So I used Honor Buddy for a while, but had to reboot my computer entirely. When I tried re-downloading it, I got this error: https://gyazo.com/e1c132c8c4fc93912c0410c3da111d13.

That is the "log file" when I get the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That worked, but when I try to run it I get a problem saying I need to install Microsoft.net Framework 4.5.1. When I try to download that, I get this message (see attached).View attachment framework.txt

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Then when I ran HB again, I got an error saying .net 4.5.1 needs to be installed and then the whole loop started over again

Yes, I should be. I bought an Alienware m17x from their website directly. Rebooted it this summer and had to redownload everything. But since the reboot I've had problems with file permissions even though I'm the owner

[EDIT] I think the reason why I can't install the windows update is the same reason I'm having problems in the first place. For some reason I don't have perms to download .net framework and like files. I'm not amazing with computers so I could be entirely wrong, but that's just my guess

try to create a new windows admin acc and use it plz

I created a new account, made it admin, and tried everything over. Same issues. Couldn't download microsoft framework.net 4.5.1 directly, even though when I ran the HB wizard it said that it installed it.
