Error code 52; How I got my ban lifted.

I wasn't given an explanation on why I was banned. So I played that card with the live-chat support (after getting 9 support TICKETS closed with some bullshit "we've looked into it and the ban won't be lifted". It's bullshit because they can't give me a REASON.

So I opened the live-chat and gave them two options: EXPLAIN the ban OR take steps towards un-banning me. They had no choice to unban me because they could not explain the ban. I guess I'm either really lucky because the person who banned me botched the job and did not send me a confirmation e-mail / or I was really wrongfully banned.

This method might workonly with those that didnt receive the e-mail regarding the issue related to the ban.
 
did same thing as you described
the gm said the acc was banned for 3rd party software but something does not match.
he said he will need to talk to someone and will reply me later. the chances to get the acc back would be good.
i asked him to unban directly but he told me he is not abel to

well i do not think i get the acc back, but if someone get a gm who might do thinks what he is not allowed to do you could have a chance

After you get banned, Blizzard sends you an e-mail regarding why did you get banned/suspended.

If you got banned w/o any reason [AKA - You didnt receive any e-mail from Blizzard] you could get unbanned using his method.

Also, there are people from ''OwnedCore'' that provide Unban-Services [$]

Issue regarding Banned accounts [not being banned - but showing as banned on the battle.net launcher] was resolved, and has nothing to do with error 52.

If you got banned [Error 52/3] you most likely got Perma-Banned. In order to get your account back you'll have to appeal, opening alot of tickets.
 
I got banned last night. On the forums when I go to my account it shows that it is temp and will be lifted Friday. Does that mean there is hope to get back in game or is that just the forum ban?

Im sorry, you got Perma-Banned. This ban [forum ban] will be refreshed @the time you got, for example: Wednesday August 27th 11:16.
 
Isn't Blizzard's Warden bot detection system up as of 2.1 for seasons? I avoided botting until further notice about news in regards to this detection system.
