ERROR before i even get to start it for the first time

i bought the bot yesterday and it didnt even start! i have payed for it and would like to use it
i get an error everytime i start it, i have done everything, run as administrator, wow windowed mode, 32 bit launcher etc, nothing helps
i have a screenshot on how the error looks like, please help me

Also make sure that you've got the correct VC++ redist installed

thank you alot, now i got it to work, but i have encounterd another problem, i cant quest, i have followed every step with Cava?s Profiles lvl 1 to 90 and get an error everytime i press start

You're going to want to upload a log file, and tell us what error you're getting.
