I found why the HB is not working. The problem occurs when you install A-Volute Nahimic. But without this tool, I can not adjust the sound settings. Please deal with this problem and to fix the HB.

honorbuddy is fine, the problem is 3rd party tools like that like to hook the game and causes honorbuddy not to be able to function.
try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.
if that fails then try disabling or removing the other software.
