error at launch

hi guys, i cant start Exile to work, i always get this error message, i tried the installer and the zip file, same think , both dont work. what i can do or what im not doing correctly ?

i used DemonBuddy for D3, for months with no problem , first time im trying Exile , never had problem with Demon . Exile still dont want to work , after i check the prerequisites, i have both version up to date of .net framework and Visual C++. im near to ask a refund , around 4 days now i have this program and still not able to run it, im on windows 10 if it change something. thz for your time, i wait a little bit for more idea. thz
