Error and crash: No data for BlackrockDepths.etm

I keep getting this error when trying to run the Junkbox farming profile. Here is the log file. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a new log. This time I'm getting the same error in Onyxia's lair, and also got the same error in other dungeons. If I start HB/Lazyraider before entering the dungeon though, it seems to work. I just can't start it inside. What gives?
