Error after DB freezed Diablo 3

Good luck I've been having issues of freeze and crash since I got a new key to try season 16. So far it's only worked for 1 or 2 rifts then after that it either get's stuck or acts dumb as hell. I've tried a lot of things like boosting the CPU power and even dumbing it down but nothing works.
 
The beta version seems to work better fps frame wise but it's just as dumb and still, freezes/gets stuck all the time.
