Error 53 suspended after selling an Immortal Kings Armor?

I sold bout 28 bucks worth of gold today, and an IK armor that i found
3 days ago I sold natalyas boots, and I got the money in my paypal without a problem.
This time, My auction for the gold, and IK armor sold within bout 3 hours of eachother. 30 minutes after IK armor sold, i got an email with the error 53 suspended for violating terms of service. NOT a "ban" email. Anybody know how to resolve this? Or what it may be?

EDIT- I have BOUGHT gold on this account numerous times without a problem.

my email is different, and i think my dad's name is on the paypal account. Not sure why, but my debit card is on there. Funny how they can take my money just fine when i bought gold back in the day, but when i make money, UH UH BOIIII. SUSPENDED.
