Anyone else get this error over half the time visiting different posts on these forums? Half the time stuff doesn't even load. Copied the exact message for a particular page, surely you guys make enough money to not have these kinds of problems =/

[h=1]Server error[/h]The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...sionbuddy-ahbuddy-full-auction-house-bot.html. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
[h=2]Here are some suggestions:[/h]

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

they are doing some work on the server so its bound to happen from time to time while we get everything resolved, but it shouldnt stay like that.
like i can access that page just fine now.

Seems better today, it seems to happen at weird times (the middle of the night for me) most often and when it happens it happens everywhere but browsing forums (i can't view actual posts but I can view the forums that show all the posts). I'll update this if it happens again and when.

Update:
never mind... Right after I posted this I went to view
http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...les/48339-pb-advanced-tsm-ah-bot-profile.html
and got the same error.

What makes it happen is clicking the link on this page by handnavi, the 5th post on that topic:
http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/submitted-profiles/104807-professionbuddy-tsm-bot.html

But it happens randomly other places it's not just when I click a link in a post; It happens when I tried to view different topics and different sub forums. I can't see a pattern in it (like maybe if a subforum was hosted on a single machine and that's where the problem happened).

I went to Professions
And opened 10 topics in their own tabs just as a test and 9 out of 10 loaded fine, one of them gave that error 500. Now this also isn't how I usually get that error either, usually it's just one link i've tried loading and it happens. Also, if I wait a little bit of time and refresh a page SOMETIMES it goes away but most of the time it sticks around for long amounts of time, like i've refreshed that first link's page maybe 20 times the last 5 mins and it hasn't stopped giving the error 500. No clue what's causing it, it's weird.

Another update:
Probably happening on 1/2 the pages i've visited the last 20 mins. I'm having to use google's cache feature to browse half the site, pretty awesome.

Didn't wanna post a new reply (if it'll even let me) but since my new post got deleted I don't have much of a choice. This is seriously making buying your product a real pain in the ass. How can I fix this.

whats the exact problem?

This happens sporadically and when it happens it happens on the same page over and over again while other pages are working fine. While browsing the forums I'll get an error 500 randomly on different topics I go to view. So far it has only happened on actual forum posts and not while browsing sections of the forums (to look for posts). Here's a screenshot of what one of them looks like but it happens on different pages and sometimes a page that gave me the error works fine an hour later and sometimes pages that worked fine before give me the error hours later.
error.webp

This happens in both chrome and firefox. This also has never happened on any site besides this one for me. I disabled all extensions in chrome (I use ghostery, adblock and scriptsafe) but that made no difference.
