Error 132 ALOT while questing

Hi guys,

I've been getting alot of 132 errors lately while using Kick's profile. It seems whenever my character dies it crashes. Windows mode is on, Deleted Cache, reinstalled HB, repaired WoW, put it on DX9 instead of DX11, got no addons installed.
