Error 0x80070490 - element not found

Hey guys, so I build a new computer and haven't had no luck to run honorbuddy on Windows 10(no licensed i dont have the money to afford it atm) . The first error that i got was missing .dll file. Once i got the right file dll file, than i got error 0xc000007b. After reading though the forms for error 0xc000007b, i found one that had me run a clean install of honor buddy. Now Im getting 0x80070490. Should i consider down grading to windows 7 its only half the price of 10 on amazon.

I've tried to attach a Log, but i got an error trying to update the the Log.

Go to Programs and Features, in your Windoze Control Panel.
Uninstall any of these components that are present on your system:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 client profile
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 extended
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.x
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable

I have uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable, then i turned off the computer. When i click on the Microsoft Link, i get a dead link on the 2nd and 5th download on "Download and install the Windows 4.5.1 .NET framework. "

Where do i find Microsoft .NET Framework 4 client profile, Microsoft .NET Framework 4 extended, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.x. I Can not find it in my programs under uninstall, I've tried to uninstall it by following the .net Framework 4.5.1 installation manual.

1.2 NetFx Uninstallation

1.2.1 ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5 don’t work after you remove the .NET Framework 4.5 from Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012

On Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012, ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5 require the ASP.NET 4.5 feature to be enabled. If you remove or disable the .NET Framework 4.5, your ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5 applications will no longer run.

To resolve this issue:

On Windows 8

Enable the ASP.NET 4.5 feature in Control Panel:

Open Control Panel.
Choose Programs.
Under the Programs and Features heading, choose Turn Windows features on or off.
Expand the node .NET Framework 4.5 Advanced Services.
Select the ASP.NET 4.5 check box.

When I do this it shows I have .Net Framework 4.6 Advanced Services.
