I love this cc. Only one problem I've seen so far is its not using fear at all, not sure if that's a donor only feature or what.

The pro edition is using fear on your target and to CC healers.

I don't really have time to play for rating.

Played for fun and to test functionality, but not for rating. When I had the gear we were somewhere like 1650. With an undergeared lock and random ppl from trade chat.

I don't have anyone who could help me testing my CRs.

It's dotting everyone who is in range. You can turn it off if you only want to dot your target.

It's interrupting the Drain Soul when the target gets healed to above 20% or when you're casting it on a target who's above 20%.

I'd be happy to do it, but since almost everyone is using Millz' Demonic it's not worth my time to create a demo CR.

It's interrupting the Drain Soul when the target gets healed to above 20% or when you're casting it on a target who's above 20%.
