Would be very good if you could give some kind of info about the problem than just posting a full log and then we have to look at the problem.
What profile are you using? Upload it, if you can't remember which one.
If you did a little search the log, you'd see that there's been a few changes to the way profiles are written and therefore you have to change Targetminlevel, Maxlevel and factions a bit.
