Enhancement Shaman not using healing spells, and trying to kill mobs in Ghost Wolf fo

I have cleared the cache in HB and also WOW. I have restarted the system and cleared the TCP/IP cache as well. Still nothing is getting the Shaman to use any of the spells to kill mobs and doesnt heal himself. Any other suggestions.
 
Still doing the same thing after deleting the folder. Any other suggestions. Would you like to see the log file?
 
Yes however I am running a grind profile on another toon and it is running flawlessly. Always seems to be issues with the leveling quest. They are not able to be left AFK.
 
Okay deleted the folder again and dopwnloaded the Zip file again. But this time I deleted the Bossland folder in the AppData directory. This looks like it might have solved the problem. I am going to watch for a moment to make sure though. I will update you after a while of watching it.
 
Dang still changing into Ghost Worlf form and trying to kill mobs and dying and if he does kill them does not heal himself afterwards, and just stands there waiting for the health to return

I am not sure what else to do.
 
Everything under Class config is default. I have never touched anything in there, because all my other toons have worked without touching anything in there. Would not even know what to check in there. Should I be looking for something.
 
any wow addons enabled?

also use dx9 instead
 
I do not have an add ons. I will check and see what version of DX I have. I believe it is going to be 9 since it is something I have never updated.
 
Just checked and DX11 is installed. Not sure if there is a way to force DX9, but this is the only toon that is having any sort of issues. I just created a hunter and running flawlessly so far.
 
Will try that and let you know. I am going to let this mining farming finish and then try it again. Will update.
 
Okay think I found the issue. There is a setting that says Use Ghost Wolf. It was set to True. Changed it to False and now the toon is using the mount, and no changing to Ghost Wolf form. I am going to consider this closed and resolved. If anything else happens I will reach out with a new thread. Thank you so much
