iv been looking for a engineering profile 0 - 600 if anyone has one can you point me to it?

i tried the search button but i wasnt any lucky

I tried my luck with Google, I found this:

but it seems outdated and only for Alliance.

The only way seems to be to bot 1-600 mining for mats, and follow this guide:
