Email for 72 hour suspension but Blizz site says banned?

I was a "victim" (for lack of a better word, I guess) of the PQR suspension/banwave. I received an email about my 72 hour suspension (which has lapsed as of about an hour ago). I checked on the Blizz site and it says my account was banned.... hmm...

I'm trying to be patient, but I'm confused about conflicting information in the email and on Blizz's account page. Currently waiting for a GM via chat.

Did anyone else experience this, as well?

Ok, not five minutes after I post this, the darn account opened back up. Yay!

Yeah mine was still showing it on both account till today. I opened a ticket and it reactivated it immediately. Then I closed the tickets. Must be some kind of interfacing issue with their site
