Email change

I've read the post about the security breach and have subsequently changed my password. Whilst doing this I've attempted to change my email, problem is I cannot for the life of me remember my password for my email. I've gone to reset it but the captcha on hotmail is god fucking awful.

Is there any way I could request a manual email change?
