Elite Session?

So I bought the trial of Tankleader, and it crashed. I realized I only had 1 session, so I bought the Elite subscription thereafter seeing that it claimed to be unlimited time and lifetime, well after crashing on the first start, it says that my elite key now has no more sessions available too. I thought it was a lifetime key? I can't seem to get it to work, and there is no "Noob-friendly" guide around this forum, so I would like my money back. Let me know what info you need to help me with that. Thanks.
